We have a variety of consultation types to effectively bridge your gap to better health. Ultimately, we want to set you up with the tools to be able to effectively and independently integrate exercises into your life – and feel great about it! Exercise shouldn’t be a chore and it certainly shouldn’t be painful – we want to work with you to find the right balance so you can reap the rewards that exercise has to offer. Whether you are recovering from an injury or surgery, have chronic pain, or have been diagnosed with medical condition, we can teach you how to exercise right.
Most of the time, you will be able to achieve great results with a personalised home exercise program, which we will review with you intermittently to make sure you’re on track and always progressing. For those who like the gym, or are interested in gym-based exercise, we have access to full gym facilities and can set you up with a program to target your goals.
We also run group sessions to allow you to exercise at a level above what you might be able to achieve at home. Everyone in the group is orientated with an individualised program that is intermittently progressed when appropriate. The sessions are very low cost and have been the starting point of many lovely friendships! Unlike hospital out-patient rehab programs, you are not limited in how long you can participate for. These group sessions are perfect for those who have completed cardiac/pulmonary rehab or have finished with their out-patient program following hip/knee/shoulder surgery. We are very proud of what our group sessions offer to our local community.
